WEDDINGS & MICRO-CEREMONIES

Celebrate your love in a unique Grade II seaside home, moments from the beach. The Bath House is designed for intimate ceremonies, elegant dinners and elopements with personality—dramatic architecture, beautiful light and thoughtful spaces. It’s a refined, respectful setting—not a late-night party venue.

WHY THE BATH HOUSE WORKS FOR SMALL WEDDINGS

  • Story-rich setting: vaulted brick, arches and period details for unforgettable photos.

  • Statement Great Room (60×40 ft) for aisle, ceremony and seated dinner.

  • 14-seat feasting table; additional layouts available by arrangement with your planner.

  • Terrace for arrival drinks, first-look moments and golden-hour portraits.

  • 100m to the beach; St Leonards Gardens and the promenade nearby for shoots.

  • Hidden cinema doubles as a quiet room, dressing suite or children’s space.

  • Ground-level access for suppliers; professional, courteous house rules with quiet hours.

SPACES & SUGGESTED LAYOUTS

  • Great Room: ceremony aisle + backdrop, reset to banqueting table, space for speeches and cake-cutting.

  • Terrace: welcome drinks, confetti, couple portraits at sunset.

  • Cinema Room: wardrobe/HMU, calm room for kids or elders, slideshow after dinner.

  • Kitchen: private-chef friendly for plated menus, feasting boards or grazing tables.

  • Bedrooms: on-site prep and overnight stay for the core wedding party.

CEREMONY OPTIONS

Host a registrar-led civil ceremony or a symbolic ceremony with legal formalities at the local Register Office—your choice. We’ll share access notes, room measurements and layout suggestions so your planner can design a beautiful setup.

FOOD & DRINK

Private chef, boutique caterer or family-style feast—our kitchen supports a range of service styles. The banqueting table seats 14 comfortably; styling, linen, glassware and tableware can be arranged with your supplier team.
