Bookings made through the Hospitable widget are governed by the booking confirmation contract issued at the point of payment. Bespoke enquiries for celebrations, filming, retreats, stag and hen weekends, and events are governed by the quote and booking terms agreed by email.
The headline rules: whole-house hire only, eleven sleeping maximum, two-night minimum stay (three on peak weekends), check-in 4pm and check-out 11am, no parties licensed for amplified outdoor music, dogs welcome by prior arrangement on a per-stay cleaning fee, and no civil ceremony licensing on the property.
